DR.BIORIGHT 2.0 – AI assistance for Cancer Research

Dr.BioRight 2.0 , a highly optimized bioinformatics chat-bot is exclusively made for large-scale cancer functional proteomics analysis. It first generated a unified multi-omics dataset with standardization and normalization of patient clinical data, molecular profiling data at DNA, RNA, and RPPA500-based protein levels, and cell line phenotypic datasets.
